Established by Patricia Sharman, over 30 years ago, PS&CO has continued to evolve, while our focus has remained the same: to provide delicious, freshly prepared food, with great service.
With a wealth of experience in high end restaurants, head chef David Hambleton draws upon that knowledge to bring you locally sourced ingredients, cooked and presented beautifully, regardless of how many guests you have.

We have used Patricia’s company for two large family functions and have been at other functions where she has catered, always to a very high standard and served by very helpful and efficient staff.
